Chili’s story began in Beech Grove, where he was found happily helping himself to the neighborhood garden beds. Thankfully, those days are behind him, and he’s embraced indoor bunny life with ease.

Chili is incredibly social and quick to make new friends. He loves being near his people and is the type of bunny who will happily hang out beside you while you relax. He’s affectionate too—head rubs are one of his favorite things, and he’ll let you know how much he loves them with happy bunny purrs.

This handsome guy is very food motivated, making him easy to win over with a tasty treat. His favorite snacks include kale, romaine, cilantro, parsley, blueberries, bananas, strawberries, and carrots. He’s not quite as impressed with bell peppers, cucumbers, and like most rabbits, he would much rather keep all four paws on the ground than be picked up.

Chili is curious about the world around him and enjoys checking out other animals from the safety of his enclosure. He also has a playful side and loves chewing on cardboard and paper toys, though he’ll happily remind you to keep carpet edges protected too! He’s litter box trained with just the occasional stray poop outside the box.
